Pre Paid Monthly Service: Service begins Start as soon as your initial payment is processed. Pay Rs 1000/-(One Thousand) before starting the Total recruitment Process For every 30 (thirty) days for monthly bill cycle. plus applicable taxes (such as GST), every month for the duration of your Monthly contract. Your Monthly contract applicable with GST rate (or other included tax or duty) changes during your Monthly term, the tax-additional price will adjust accordingly. Your contract will renew automatically, on your Monthly renewal date, until you cancel. Renewal rates are subject to change, but you will be notified of any change in your rate Your contract will renew automatically, on your Monthly renewal date,Your subscription will continue without renewal notice until you cancel. If you cancel of your initial Monthly subscription, you can Mail to us by written”stop service”. You can cancel this recruitment Service after complitation of 03 (Three) Months of your monthly bill cycle, your payment is non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period. Because there’s no annual contract, your monthly rate is subject to change, but you will be notified of any change in your monthly rate with the option to cancel in accordance with these terms. Cancellations can be made any time by sending mail to boseconsultancyservice@gmail.com or sms by registered mobile no* page or by contacting Customer Support in your region.

“Employer” shall pay Rs "3000 / 7% OF ANNUAL GROSS SALARY / 8.33% OF ANNUAL GROSS SALARY " /- of per selected or join candidates and service tax/GST. Service tax/GST will be paid by the service receiver.

The Replacement Clause is from the date of Candidates joining the organization. In case the candidate resigns on his own accord or absconds from the services for more than 10 days without information to “Employer ” within the stipulated time frame of 01/02/03 months from the date of joining as mentioned above, “BOSE CONSULTANCY SERVICE ” shall offer free replacement at no extra cost or adjusted against payment for other positions filled through “BOSE CONSULTANCY SERVICE”. In case the candidate resigns on his own accord or absconds company should inform to Bose consultancy service immediately within 48 hrs of the resignation date or absconds date, if it is not informed to Bose consultancy service ,in that case company libel to pay entire amount of Placement Charges or billing amount of that particular candidate. Note: The Replacement Clause only applicable when the Professional Fees already paid against the particular candidate of the particular position.
"Employer" shall arrange to communicate to “BOSE CONSULTANCY SERVICE” on selection and finally joining of the candidate at "Employer" .
"Employer" will be informed before sending any candidates by e-mail/ by telephone for interview.
Where any recommended candidates are declined by “Employer" during the first interview (the definition of “interview” will include a personal or telephonic discussion with the candidate and/ or interaction through video conferencing) stage and are subsequently employed for the same or any other role within 12 (twelve) months of the initial introduction date, "Employer" will be liable for the full payment of fees to “BOSE CONSULTANCY SERVICE”, as applicable as per the terms herein. This clause shall be applicable to all candidates at any stage of the interview process, including post joining.“ "Employer" .” will provide details of selected/ join candidates (Offer letter, remuneration details) before their joining or after selection.every selected candidate should carry “NOC” letter from “BOSE CONSULTANCY SERVICE” after their selection/ at the time of joining of "Employer" .
PROCEDURE OF placement charges or PAYMENT
Once the candidate joins the duty, an invoice will be raised in the name of firm/company immediately. Your firm/company has to release the payment (within 15/30/45 days) after receiving the invoice. If the payment does not release within 15/30/45 days then penalty charges (Rs200/-) will be applicable. The cheques should be made in favor of “BOSE CONSULTANCY SERVICE” only or NEFT to company account or Cash Payment.
“BOSE CONSULTANCY SERVICE” does not take responsibility of any activity of the candidate during pre or post-employment. Employer will not hold “BOSE CONSULTANCY SERVICE” responsible for any deeds or misdeeds of the employee. It is the total responsibility and discretion of employer to appoint or remove the candidate at their will.
CONFIDENTIALITY
BOSE CONSULTANCY SERVICE agrees and undertakes that BOSE CONSULTANCY SERVICE , and its officers, employees, personnel, and agents, shall regard all information as confidential and in particular shall:
(i) not to use or permit or enable any person to use any of the information in any way other than for the purpose of this Agreement.
(ii) not to disclose or divulge any information to any person not authorized by “Elegant Home Decorators Pvt Ltd ”. and shall limit access to the Information to only such of its personnel as need to know the same for the furtherance of this Agreement.
EXCLUSIVE AGREEMENT : It is clarified that this Agreement is on a exclusive basis and the parties hereto are at liberty to not enter into similar agreements with any other party.
This agreement shall continue to remain in force until such time either party confirms in writing its intention to terminate the same.
This agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India and is subject to the jurisdiction of Calcutta District.This Agreement is executed in duplicate and one copy each hereof will be kept by the parties to the agreement for their respective record. Each party should submit their trade license and company pan, bank current a/c details, electricity bill, personal id of directors/proprietor/partners Xerox copies with self attested.
